This graphic novel is a pictorial representation of my innermost words - something I call "the vortex." In a rather poetic language, I separate words from images, while using narrative techniques such as leaping, allusions, and intertextuality to respond to the theme of the book; that is, how the miraculous manifests itself for me in only a flash of light. And what the continuity and relevance is between them each time.
